Kids Yoga Classes
Every child deserves to discover the myriad of benefits that a yoga practice brings! During our kids yoga classes, young yogis will learn a quick history of yoga, practice fun yoga poses and flows, and play fun yoga games and activities. Class will also include breath work and mindfulness activities.
Specialized for students in grades K-5, our kids yoga classes are designed to help strengthen, stretch, and relax the mind after a long day.

Kids Yoga Class
Roxanne leads kids in a 25 minute yoga class, focusing first on sun salutations, and then practicing a variety of animal poses. Kids learn the basics of poses and also get a chance to let their inner animal out.
